Mustard Greens - Spinner's Entertainment


It’s been a busy day.




Picking - Washing - Blanching Mustard Greens.

Two different kinds of Mustard Greens.




And Spinach.




Squish ‘em into patties and lay ‘em on waxed paper - for freezing - before bagging ‘em up with the FoodSaver.




And I even had an audience.


I'm worn out.  And I'm not finished - yet.

Can't believe you are already getting things out of your garden...we haven't even got all of ours planted yet! It is time to now...if the rain will let us, between rain and doc appointments, we haven't been able to even weed what IS in...so not sure the garden is going to work for us to well this year. :(
